According to his BrokerCheck report, he has received one pending customer complaint and was discharged from a former employer in connection to alleged rule violations.

In July 2018 a claimant alleged Dean DiMaggio, while employed at Halliday Financial and Lincoln Investment Corporation, engaged in manipulation and improperly distributed a deceased individual’s assets. The claimant is seeking $950,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In 2009 he was terminated from his position at HRC Investment Services in connection to allegations he wrongfully removed physical and digital customer information from the firm’s offices, in contravention of firm policy and a written agreement he had with the firm.
